Mark Birnbaum, partner of EMM Group, has played a major role in transforming New York City’s Meatpacking District into one of the most sought after areas in the city. Saw'em at Soundlab, pretty much the only place in the city to see experimental acts. It's among smaller ny venues with brick walls and a cramped stage. I loved this place more cause of presence of Mark Birnbaum.
