Mark Birnbaum- Learn How To Work Hard And Party Harder!

From running a 22,000 square yard nightclub during his high school to becoming the newly crowned Kings of New York Night Life, Mark Birnbaum along with Eugene Remm and Michael Hartenstein surely knows how to work hard and party harder!

Mr. Birnbaum has been associated with night club industry since the time he was in college. Even as a high school student in Long Island, he promoted Night Clubs in Manhattan and was also running a 22,000 square yard nightclub at Ithaca College.

Mark took partying to a new level with his Nightlife Consulting Company named Operative Inc, which he opened in 2002 and never looked back since then. He was the person behind the launch of Lobby, one of the most highly anticipated night clubs in Manhattan.

With his endeavours, as the head of promotions, marketing and event management of AER lounge, the lunge not only gained a place in the history books for its lavish parties, but also went one step further and won the accolades from Conde Nast Traveller as one of the best night clubs all over the world. The “Number One Night Club in Manhattan“tag served as icing on the cake.

Mark and Eugene became the best of friends after hosting competing birthday parties, since both of them shared their birthday on the same date, 10th of June.

The duo hit to instant fame with their Tenjune (named after the day these two were born), a ritzy nightclub that expanded almost 5,000 square feet in Manhattan’s Meatpacking district. Within a span of just one year, the duo started hosting some of the most scintillating parties in town. The party never stopped at Tenjune. Even when the country was going through financial crisis in 2007, they managed to generate revenue of $12 million, making Mark and Eugene’s combined 50% stake worth millions.

At present, with a net worth of approximately $30 million, Mark, Eugene Rem and Michael are the proud owners of Abe & Arthurs, Lexington Brass, Catch, and SL, some of the hottest partying destinations in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District.
